USMLE Pathways was created to support international medical graduates (IMGs), US MDs and DOs through every stage of the US journey – USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 3 and the Residency Match. We turn scattered studying into a clear, step-by-step roadmap so you always know what to do next. Whether you are preparing for your first USMLE exam or trying again after a previous attempt, our coaching focuses on real NBME and UWorld patterns, exam-day strategy, and practical planning for residency in the United States. USMLE Pathways is especially focused on international medical graduates (IMGs) from Pakistan, India, the Middle East, and around the world. Sessions are online and scheduled to match your time zone, whether you are studying from Asia, Europe or the US.
We do not believe in surface-level memorization. Our teaching is built on clinical reasoning, mechanisms, and application — the same way the USMLE tests you.
